- disposable gloves,
- a clean dish towel,
- a 1-liter milk or juice carton thoroughly washed with dish soap (leave the lid on),
- writing utensils, a saucepan (approx. 1.5 liters),
- 1 cooking spoon (preferably plastic),
- 2 measuring cups,
- hand blender,
- 1 plastic bag
